After what I witnessed Saturday and we watched last season , if we don’t sign someone and another who knows where the goal is, the concept of putting the ball in it and a right back at the minimum we will get relegated. It really is not rocket science! The sad thing is I don’t believe we will do any of these!

We were never interested in Maupay.
Brighton have spent some £60 Mill in this window but will recoup a sizeable amount if Dunk departs.

Am so disappointed! Have been bleating on about this lad for months. We have missed a trick here I reckon! This lad if given the opportunity will score 15 goals plus for Brighton! Natural goal scorer and only 23 years old!

No doubt Maupay, is useful, but he now has to make the big step up to the consistency needed in the Premier.
For me £20 million is a lot , in fact if you consider Brighton, have paid £40 million for two Championship players with no Premier experience between them. Then it must be seen as quiet a gamble.
I would have taken Maupay, but not at that price.
