Natural goal scorer on the pitch and we are 3-0 up simples. We need a player on who knows where to stand when a cross comes in. Early on there were two great balls in and no-one there. We are clearly the better side but not clinical enough. Ayew off and Wickham on for me at half time, but it won’t happen.

That is row z’s from Luka, JMac and Kouyate now. However a great quality shot from our Wilf. Just watching MacArthurs again and it was possibly the worst shot I have seen all season. Sort of a weak chipped cross well wide of the goal. He used to have an eye for goal but this season he has not looked at it goalscoring wise.
Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha. |

From what I saw the game was manic until the 36th minute and then we were sensational, Ayew has looked very good to me.

Deserve the lead. I think McCarthy is a liability coming for crosses and corners so I would like to see Benteke or Wickham on for Ayew at some stage. There haven't looked too dangerous but they have a lot of positive momentum built since the manager arrived so let's no get sloppy let them believe they can turn this around.

Great energy in the first half and well worth our lead. If we can keep that up second half we should hopefully win. Why we don't start games like this normally is beyond me. I know Ayew doesn't look like scoring often but in a high energy game like this he does earn his money. Also, if it stays at 0-1 then being able to bring on a target man who can hold the ball up is a real asset and we have two on the bench. COYP

Good effort to get the lead. Need to be switched on 2nd half to keep it up. COYP !!
