Cricket Australia said the players would be "permitted to play [Australian] club cricket and will be encouraged to do so".

They also remain eligible for competition outside of Australia,

What has been the result of Australian sledging cheating ego-mania general bullying, a win win mentality crushing the opposition et al ? According to our Aussie opponents 100% successful, well sorry but it ain't! No, actually from 2005 that epic series, the Ashes have been played eight times. Australia have 3 wins, and England 5. With home advantage to England come. The Aussie culture has not been successful, and definitely not dominant, they are not world beating except in their imagination, and their culture is bad spirit, arrogance and poor attitude. India and RSA or England are as good, on the record not the Aussie hype. There is no champion but India are regarded as number one by most, it is always shifting. Don't tinker Australia, clear it all out. Another 2005 would be a real result for all of us. But you must deal with it. Aussies 3 wins England 5 from 8 series.
