Truth to tell, he's had troubles in the past and his latest injury would probably be be more dependably healed for more respite; I'm glad he's feeling scared; I mightn't feel the same if it were a game I'd penciled even ?1 point against before I knew he was doubtful. I can't say I mind too much if key players are missing over these next few games of little hope, if it means they can't be injured again before a run when our true first team could make hay.

He's a big, strong lad. But surely there are people on here who have been injured and understand that the fear of pain/injury can be a big limitation when it comes to any form of sport? I'm not siding with MS or the physio's - but it is a real thing.
