Some adverts just mildly annoy me, but the current Nationwide one with the singing sisters actually consumes me with hatred, especially the face of the speccy, dark-haired one. I have a savings account with Nationwide - seriously considering closing it. I actually didn’t mind them when they sang “Chrimbo Limbo”which I think is the first advert they did but it went downhill rapidly after that.

The one where they keep saying “dilly dilly” is driving me crazy. I feel like throwing my tv out of the window every time I see it and I don’t even know what they are advertising! Bud Light. It's the sort of advert that would annoy me but for some reason, maybe because it's so stupid, I don't mind it and I find it slightly funny. Maybe I'll change my mind seeing it more. All those light lagers are f'ing shyte and normal Bud has always been shyte. The bottles just looked cool but the beer has always been shyte.

The thing that really grates with me about this advert is "Noweth in bottles" (sic). Trying to look clever by using an archaic verb conjugation without realising that the word you're infecting isn't a verb in the first place. But then I wouldn't put Bud S***e in my mouth in the first place. It's pi**water.

Schpock. Although I see they've dropped the annoying bint shouting it repeatedly. Most adverts TBH. I find it patronising that anyone thinks I'd buy such rubbish. If I need it I've probably already bought it.

Have a day off and hear the GTech Air Ram advert and you can almost memorise it after 2 or 3 ad breaks in his East Midlands accent. 'I decided to release the new.. GTech air ram.... free from chords... and empties with a slide... ah good dog.'
