Decent half, make a few chances of our own and restricted them pretty much at the back. We may need an injection of pace from Fosu-Mensah and Loftus-Cheek and we need to not let them wind us up. Reckon we can do them here.

They're trying to make us lose our tempers, we need to keep a lid on it.

Different to the Chelsea opposition who didn't put up much of a fight for the balls to be won or their relaxed and slack receiving of passes.

Need the spaces to open up in their back line. 4 instead of 3 was always going to be tougher no matter how much back slapping fans do.

Well, not great from either side but we've been the more dangeorus side. Newcastle fans getting frustrated - hopefully they overcommit and we can pick them off.

Streaming has been crappy today but this link has been working fine for the last 15 mins or so [Link]

RLC is the perfect man to change this game, big pitch playing to his pace and strength. I'd back him to dominate Shelvey, break claw and bag one second half. Schlupp off although he's been solid.

Need to get RLC on second half. Wouldn't risk Cabaye further after getting let off the hook with that challenge.
Decent first half so far. Looking solid at the back and creating chances.

Problems with the links but from what I've seen we are doing ok. It's a different challenge than Chelsea as their midfield seem to be challenging a lot more for the second ball from their defensive headers. I think RLC should come on.

The teams are cancelling each other out by and large. This would be a good point if we can keep it as it would give us some stability, but we certainly have a chance of three.

Cabaye lost his head but it wasn't a studs-up challenge. The speed he went in for the challenge made it look worse. If Newcastle bring on Mitrovic this could end up in a proper brawl!

Hard to call the second half but I hope to see RLC at some point.

I said that after 15 mins, but I'd take Cabaye off, any sort of decent contact he makes from now on and he could be off. We're looking ok today, just keep the concentration and discipline going.

Yes - I worry that Cabaye will get sent off here. Bring on RLC for him - would be both safe and inject something different for them to think about.

Never a red. Seen all the time with yellows. Wasn't from behind, it was from the side, no studs raised at legs and his body was sliding on the floor.

Scissor tackles often look worse because the player can't stay standing. Doesn't mean he's hurt but gives him the opportunity to stay on the deck, rolling and wincing in faked agony.

No, not a red, but really stupid from Cabaye, who does have a tendency to lose his head.

Much better than streaming sites.
