I've got a quid on Ipswich at 7/1. If that doesn't make your thighs moist I don't know what will. I am PTJ and I don't muck around.

Rubbish and meaningless competition. This is one for the second XI and to see what they are made of. Game against Swansea is far more important. Wouldn't bother me if Ipswich win as long as we get three pts against The Swans.

See this is the state of our football nowadays.
A fan saying it's meaningless,we enter 3 competitions each season.
The idea used to be,finish as high as you can in your league and have a cup run.

Unfortunately we have all turned into Tony Pulis,s 40 points ASAP.

Michaela's bet is in 90 minutes, which is another reason why I rarely touch the league cup.

You can get the same odds on Man U, Man C, Chelsea, Spurs or Luton vs fodder. Spurs v Burnley the pick this weekend.

Mick McCarthy said he only has 8 first teamers available and that none will play as a given warning to their fans that the kids will play.

Would like to see a confidence booster here and play most of our first team with someof the kids. Not interested in seeing wastes like Lee and Mutch play.

From yesterday's fixture we definitely won't see ladapo, mutch etc. But Flanagan, lokilo and Kai Kai are possibilities, along with Kelly, lee, Schlupp, jairo, Cabaye and MacArthur. So all in all a good mix of benchers, youth and several 1st teamers. I think it will be a good match to play from a training standpoint.

If we win it's a bonus as we get another training match free, and we really could do with more of them. Though knowing our luck we'll draw man c or Southampton.

I'd use all available first team hopefuls and fill gaps with the deadwood.

Would like to see us progress but only positive I can see from FdB is promotion of youth. I would love to see some progression from the younger players with a genuine belief there is potential there but also think we can achieve a result - would be fantastic for their confidence.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Sendings off killed that one. Spurs played well v Chelsea and will get their 1st Wembley win v Burnley. I personally would've waited for our team line up before placing but good luck.
