Agree too. What I find yawn-inducing is the Arsenal-style playing the ball around amongst the defence and keeper for, what seems like an eternity, before releasing it to the midfield, only to have it returned to the defence, and repeat. If there's a more entertaining way of doing it then fine.

All they have to do is double mark Zaha or stop the ball getting to him. There are complaints of no plan B, now we are trying to change our style more complaints, we can always revert to old style as shown on Saturday.

I appreciate that they are on a different level but Chelsea yesterday against Tottenham reverted to a different formation on account of the players available to them.Their usual 3-4-3 was really a 5-3-1-1 with 3 defensive midfielders deployed in midfield including David Luiz to thwart the threat of Eriksen and Alli. Tottenham had far more possession and Chelsea played far more long balls than they normally do but got they a win.So yes one has to have a 'Plan B' depending on personnel available to one and the opposition.

Don't mind the important players earning loads but when people like Sako and Mutch are on £55k a week plus whatever the rest of the deadwood and Championship level players in our squad are too then you have your answer. No spare dosh. And the £50mill from the Yanks has gone very quiet because in all likelihood it has been spent too. Best Chairman we ever had He's about the third or fourth if truth be told. Blimey, you hate our second rate, over paid players and you think the chairman is fifth rate. Why bother with Palace? There must be something that enthuses you

Big question lol. He just answered above you plus we used most of our potential summer dosh in January. No other team did that. Not even the ones in the relegation mire. In January or next summer more so is when we can spend big again Very true. We had to throw the dice in Jan as Sam would not of joined without money to buy new recruits. It was a gamble that certainly paid off, cannot see the board doing the same this summer.

The point is, why bother with Palace? What on earth enthuses you to come and come again?. Let's hear some positives from you, my care-worn friend

You have to admire the guts of FDB and SP to turn around it around from a club that keeps fighting relegation every season to a club and a team that can hold there own and can push on and mix it up a bit in the top 10.
