Cant be arsed to read the whole thread to see if someone has raised this question before but why did Bournemouth not try and sign him if he impressed so much.

Midfield area- Luka , puncheon (c), Cabaye, loftus-cheek , mcarthur , and one more competing 3 midfield spots. I think an out and out defensive mid would be better option. Didn't include j.williams as I don't think he's good enough.

Never reaches a sustained level of fitness and, admittedly only going on what I've seen in the media over the years, he seems a bit c*nty.
