Concern that frank said he wants to see what's in his own kitchen, his arrival hasn't suddenly turned our academy product into prem players.

Perhaps he can get more out of some of the academy players than previous managers have done? Give him a chance, he's only had a couple of weeks. Plus he's not taking over when we're in the cack so he's got time to do things his way.

Pretty much spot on...how many times have fans simply asked for the kids to be given a chance here and there...and when we have a manager eager to do so its seen with pessimism...I despair at times!!

I've read on the BBS we've signed Chelsea's academy forward, Kitt Elliott. He played for the England under 16's season just gone and is playing for our under 18's.

This is the sort of thing we need to be doing if we want to increase academy players making the prem first team because the scouting and recruitment has been poor for a long time. It might be a shame he's a forward because unless you score, you don't make it or stay at that level for long. Can happen though. Kane got there after lots of loans.

Nay Kirby trained at St George's Park with the seniors. Nya Kirby is in the Asia Trophy Squad in Hong Kong. FdB has already had an impact on the academy.

Pardew also played some of the juniors in pre season and included them in match day squads so nothing has changed yet

I heard some very interesting information on Saturday whilst at Maidstone that De Boer has taken a huge shining to Ladapo & Kirby. Comments from a player of ours that Kirby is "One of the best 17 years old you will see play football" & "He will feature in at least 10 games this season" - A mate of a player fed this back to me so we shall see.
