We are not falling behind. Hardly any transfers have taken place yet as lots of players and managers etc are on holiday. Patience people!

We are well behind what people are missing is all the young talent moving around not just big signings this is a place Palace really should be targetting yet we have not even sorted youth setup out. Lots of other clubs have pumped money into youth yet palace are doing very little it proves this by just looking at who is in the youth setup. time to pump money into this even if you only bring in people to make profit this is what all the big boys do and look at how well Southampton have done this just shows how key youth recruiting and scouting really is.

Really hope with have someone in situ comes the end of the week. I feel like we're really falling behind. Every week this managerial search drags on.
