When those north London clubs claim London is theirs I'm fairly sure they don't give a damn about offending any other club be they in the north or south, so let's claim all of South London as ours and the rest can do one!

I for one am quite worried by this legal threat from Streatham Rovers

I've never heard of them.. The only streatham sports clubs I am aware of is Streatham Redskins and Streatham and Croydon ruby club.. I saw another tweet from them though when we was advertising on streatham high Road and they were quite peed off about us taking "their" support. Where was their tweet regarding all the chelsea fans who live in SW16? PS they must be amateur so cannot claim to be a"senior" club.

They could start a class action along with Sutton United, Croydon Atheltic, tooting & Mitcham etc etc.
In my experience Bromley is heavily Chelsea. Lewisham has plenty of Placae. The first episode of only Fools and Horses had a Palace scarf hung up on the coat peg and Del Boy lived in Peckham I think., or maybe Catford

Following Palace since 25 Feb 1978

Founder members of The Xtermin8 Rat Poison League and play at the (non-existent) Greyhound Lane Stadium and have no website, just Twitter and Facebook. Sound like a pub team that play a few friendlies on a council pitch in the local park to me.

I used to live just off the High Road and round the corner from the Greyhound. I've never heard of these. I hope their lawyers have a good laugh.

Maybe a way to sort this out would be on the pitch? See how they cope with Townsend, Zaha and Benteke.

If any of you think that any of those boroughs have more local support than top 6 supporting support, then you have another thing coming...

Couldn't care in all honesty, I didn't even realise that it was a thing until you whiney bunch made a point of it.

Since when has Bromley been in Surrey? Try Kent.

The London Borough of Bromley includes Penge, which was,in the not too distant past, part of Surrey.

Blimey, who would have thought it,it was once in Surrey..

(from 1870):

"PENGE, a village and a chapelry in Battersea parish, Surrey. The village stands adjacent to the boundary with Kent, to the London and Brighton railway, and to the London, Chatham, and Dover railway, near the Crystal Palace, 4 miles N N E of Croydon; includes new streets on what was formerly a common with picturesque oaks; and has a post-office, ‡ of the name of Penge, under London S E, and railway stations with telegraph, of the names of Penge-Bridge and Penge-Lane. ..."

I am more shocked by the lack of the apostrophe in our's in the title thread. I missed out 2 apostrophes around it to avoid confusion.

At least it's ours and not ares, facking Christ.
