Teflon Phil, I'd guess. Anyway..... it's got to be Mullery. Not only a sh*t manager but an obnoxious c*nt into the bargain. All these other names being bandied about had at least one redeeming feature but Mullery ticked every "c*nt' box available. Edited by Cucking Funt (11 May 2017 2.09pm) He was there before I was actually born. Genuinely interested as to why he was so odious and is so universally disliked . Rather learn about it from the people who lived it then Google. Thanks

The correct answer is, of course, Mullery for those of a certain age. And Pardew haters make me laugh. You get your cues from what the Geordies said about him way back. Sheep the lot of you. Rescued us from relegation, second highest top league finish in 110 years and an FA Cup final to boot. In two years. Brighton c**t. I also really didn't like Dowie, because his face would put me off my dinner.

Trevor Francis for me - actually made me not renew my season ticket Thankfully he's no ,longer a colour man on the Premier League coverage. He always got put on the Palace games, and was as useless as a commentator as he was as a manager. I would rail at the TV: "He didn't know his best team when he was manager, how is he supposed to explain what's happening when he's not?!!"

But, he gave us the identity we have now: the "Eagles", red and blue stripes and the timeless all-white with red and blue sash. Also, he cut the ribbon on the extension to my old man's shop.

I do not "get my cues from the Geordies". When first he came I thought they were talking bollocks. As I pointed out elsewhere, he did not just get bad results but he turned excellent players into s***e and that damage won't be properly undone until we have a full summer off, if then. It is his fault that we are where we are and it will be his fault if we end up in the championship. He is a charlatan, a chancer and a muppet and gets my vote. The Pardew haters are out again !!. As another poster has pointed out without him we would have been in Championship. Would never have reached an FA cup Final. I am not a great Pardew supporter but I Think he deserves some credit for what he did achieve. He bought in some good players and it will be interesting to see if both Benteke and Cabaye stay after summer. Also he had a good relationship with Zaha and helped him get his confidence back Both Pardew and Allardyce have had injuries this season and if we are relegated it will be those that caused it. Bolasie wanted to go and then Souare was injured We lost our whole left side of the side. The moment we got replacement for Souare our pefrormances started to pick up Sam has lost his central defenders and the performances have shown this. I think that in many ways Sam and Pardew have similar records. History shows streaks of good results and then a period of indifferent or poor. Having said that I think for Palace Sam is a better fit. He will produce sides that are better drilled but more defensive. We are not a top 4 club but we may be able to be a safe mid table club. My votes for most hated managers
