Not missing any point,I realise all of that but I'm asking what's so wrong with overspending the party's money on campaigning..and I bet labour and all the others have done it. It's against the law, allows advantages and is electoral fraud.

If the Tories broke the rules they need to face the punishment. If this means they call an election to protect their majority then so be it.

Protect a majority that came with the help of a bit of electoral fraud do you mean? People will still vote for em anyway, even if they have been cheating. British are funny like that. Going to be a very boring one-horse race election this unless Jeremy departs this mortal coil like yesterday.

Twice now you've completely ignored the link I've made between electoral fraud prosecutions, by elections and the calling of a GE (despite the fact that May was adamant that there wouldn't be an early one) and posted some random labour jibe. Do you not know how to argue a point? On the contrary. Your point is unimportant because the Tories will probably win all those seats in an election or by election plus more on top on June 8th.

Although I voted Remain I really object to all the bollox being spouted about how we didn't vote for hard Brexit or out of this or out of that, the ballot paper would have been 15 pages long ffs!! Mrs May seems to have the balls to get this done, we all know deep down that the EU won't get around to agreeing anything with the UK so we'd better get on with importing our cars from Japan, getting our wine from Chile and Brie from Somerset. Sadly I believe Corben would get played every time and is therefore not getting my vote. Parrot

Yes, those mps that local constituents are happy with will be fine. Constituents happy or members happy ? Not the same thing. We both know that there is a campaign encouraged by Momentum among others, to deselect "Blairytes" "Tory Lite" "Traitors".............. There will be some mainstream MP casualties along the way. if there are quite a few deselections then the lack of time will certainly be a problem for any prospective candidate. Re your point about prosecution, that could be quite a fly in the ointment but it seems to me, parties aren't making too much of an issue of it due to their own sensitive position.

Do you not know how to argue a point? Surely you want a a General Election. You keep on about how we are living in a country where people are starving. You must be convinced that the electorate will vote heavily in favour of Mr Corbyn who will abolish all hunger and inequality at a stroke. As for electoral fraud, it will take a lot to beat the postal vote rigging that went on in favour of Labour at the last General Election.

Seems not. All part of the current cps investigation. But you are ignoring the argument as to whether the snap GE is linked to possible imminent charges against the conservatives and rerun of by elections due to fraud or not.
