Speroni played twice at the end of last season - the 2-0 defeat at Man U and the 4-1 defeat at Southampton where he gifted them their first by flapping at a cross. Before that he hadn't had a clean sheet in 12 league games.

Unfortunately we are stuck with WH, unless he gets injured. He has been woeful.
However it is obvious SM is home sick and JS is probably Championship standard now.
So agree we just need to get behind him, i think the presence of Sakho will help.
If we are looking for the future i think we should sign Pickford from Sunderland when they go down !

I see you have Speroni listed as your favourite player, this maybe clouding your judgement.

Mandanda has played 9 games in a foreign league, hardly enough to really prove anything one way or the other. Hennessey has had loads of games to prove that he isn't good enough. Sad, but true, I'd love him to be great for us.
The bullet header from Liverpool was one of those that you only save if it hits you at the right angle and flies out, but it was above his head, so made it even harder. Saturday the shot was a solid rising one heading straight for his face. Credit to Wayne for saving it and getting the luck of the bounce, something we rarely get, but it was one he should save.
Not even remotely comfortable with Wayne I'm afraid and I'd go with Steve when fit.

I'd agree that WH doesn't generally produce match-winning displays - the last was probably Southampton at home Dec 2015. But nor did Speroni in his last few months as keeper. Nor has Mandanda is his few appearances. Hence my suggestion that we get rid of all 3 in the summer and go for a new keeper such as Pickford or Heaton.
