Well if Lawro predicted a draw that's what it definitely won't be.. 2-0 Palace

That was the game and it was Campbell.
It was also - from memory - speroni's last game that season as Kiraly? came in from then on?

I think Jules kept the gloves for another 4 league games.
He definitely played at Pompey.
Kiraly came in at Villa 1-1.

Palace 13th 2017/18.

They beat City with 4 shots on target playing on the break, minimal possession.....so give them the ball and try not to allow them any space in behind us.

Would take the draw now but think they'll win 1-0 as we're not that good defensively.

Agree with all except your score prediction. As has been noted, Everton have a better record against good teams than they do against mid/lower table teams. This is because - like Palace last season - they don't know what to do with possession.

Man City have a s*** goalie (one can empathize), and a wobbly defense (ditto). But it was their efforts to try and win that let Everton get behind them. BFS will set out our team not to lose, and Everton will be passing the ball around their defense while scratching their heads.

I think 1-0 Palace, and very little entertainment otherwise.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

Classy...

3 points to Palace. The start of it all coming together, hopefully. The problems have been player fitness and player confidence. The two Sams are addressing the first vigorously, and the second will hopefully follow. Training at PL level isn't keepy uppies with Johnny Salako or pies with Woodman. It is a very serious business.

Jackson.. Wan Bissaka.... Sansom.. Nicholas.. Cannon.. Guehi.... Zaha... Thomas.. Byrne... Holton.. Rogers.. that should do it..

I agree with you here if not on the other thread. As Sam is so laid back Sammy Lee is likely to be instrumental in Sam's instructions.

Everton, very unpredictable. Going for the classic , how can they beat city 4-0 and then lose to Palace senario. very disciplined 2-1 victory for us.

We are at home

Ah ,you see how depressed I am ,I'm not even thinking straight though home advantage doesn't make a lot of difference as far as we are concerned .
Maybe we will be rewarded though for sitting in the cold so I'll change my mind and hope for a point .

1-1
