Sarah Michelle Gellar acknowledged the trend of dying celebrities in 2016 and paid tribute to George with,

'Do you really want to hurt me?'

After being corrected it was the wrong George she acted as though it was an easy mistake to make.

whan rap is a cracking track as is everything she wants , not my cup of tea the rest of his stuff but i recognise his talents , no age to die .

sadly his demons got him in the end , i always feel very sad when it gets people in the end , makes me feel a little bit fragile myself . RIP FELLA

all white gay guys look the same....

On a more serious note he was always so gracious on camera, a gentleman to his fans and didn't mind poking fun at himself - ala carpool karaoke.

It's a shame.

George used to hang out in Croydon a fair bit in the early 80's DJing at The Royal Oak, going to The Swamp (Laurels) nr Surrey Street and played a very early gig at The Green Dragon. His cuz was Purley based and they were big pals.

When you die that young it is for a reason.

You could have congenital problems and or you could have drank, ate, smoked and or drugged your way to a damaged heart.

People will make up their own minds as to which is the most likely.
He was one of the best pop singers of his generation and it a sad loss regardless.

When you die it is always for a reason, even if that reason cannot be detected. Life kills, but some life choices you make speed up the process.

Also, old age is itself fraught with all kind of reasons that maybe make going out in a blaze of gluttony preferable.

A life lived in fear of the consequences of everything you do, is no life either.
