And yes we've been in every game, but we still keep f*****g loosing. How are we heading in the right direction? We are still loosing nearly every game.

We're not that bad and we're not that good either. Most of the other teams in the bottom half have problems just like us. Last year it was lack of goals this year we are shipping them like containers. I'm not entirely sure what people expect but the very high expectations on this site are more akin to an Everton fan and they aren't entirely happy in spite of the mercurial Bolasie doing his inconsistent thing for them rather than us these days. As the famous phrase from pulp fiction says...chill out hunny bunny(s)!

The manager has to take some of the blame, if it was an anomaly then it would be unfair to blame Pardew but it isn't; this week defense is happening week after week. The players don't know what they're doing or they have no faith in the managers tactical set up. Pullis had the same back 4 (if not weaker) yet we were rock sturdy at the back and every team Pullis goes to is the same. My point here isn't to praise Pullis but it is purely to show that an effective manager can have a positive impact on a team. Pardew is out of his depth and if we do go down I will be thankful for the past few seasons as in my time of being a Palace supporter we have been a Championship team. But if we want to remain a premier league team it is time for change, any longer and we will get relegated. Yes, I said the manager should be the one to sort it out, so must take some blame. You however are blaming only the manager. You mention that our defence is "week" (sic), and are making mistakes, but we were missing key defenders today, and our main left back got busted up in a car crash. Then your argument falls to pieces. No belief? Have you seen the fight-backs? Even if we only draw or lose, the players are playing. Not a sign of no belief. Do you not realise that we didn't have "the same back four" as under Pullis (sic)? We had a back ten. And couldn't score well. The rest is just drivel.

Because he is responsible for coaching and training of players. Apparently they had to ask for more defensive training prior to the Saints game. He is also responsible for match preparation, playing style and tactics. The standard of these for most of this year has not been good enough, plenty of evidence in our last 4 away matches. Ultimately it has gone on long enough now to definitely be Pardew's fault. Either he is not capable of organising the players to defend effectively full stop, or at least not able to motivate them to follow his instructions. In both cases the buck stops with him. I wanted to believe that we were turning back in the right direction after last week, but today was all wrong again - despite salvaging a point. So therefore responsible for their mistakes during a game?

Well the manager ain't sorting it is he ? I saw Wickham shouting at our bench in the Man City game for instructions as who he should be picking up marking wise. He was right next to their player at the time, that player scored their second goal. I would have thought all our players would know who to pick up at free kicks and corners before the game even kicks off, managers job to sort. The players shouldn't have to yell at the bench for those kind of instructions during a game. Pardew has lost it, as I've said before on other threads I never even wanted him in the first place, blows hot and cold at every club he has managed, past his sell by, get rid. We all saw that. He had just come on the pitch. His fault or Pardew's? Fine margins.....

So therefore responsible for their mistakes during a game? If they happen now and then they can be excused. Nearly every game for months and months and months. Do me a favour Alan. When are you going stop posting as Tim and and knock on Parish's door and admit you cannot address the issues you've created?

I was listening on BBC London and switched off after Hull's second goal. I thought we were going to lose 3-2 or 4-3. We don't seem to have learnt anything from Swansea or Burnley or even the effing Cup Final.
