Have read a lot about him and his tactics both at International and club level.I had a detailed and lengthy discussion with someone about Bielsa when I was last in Spain.

Team under Bielsa's 3-3-1-3:

Mandanda

Tomkins - Dann - Delaney

Ward --- Cabaye ---- Puncheon

McArthur

Zaha ---- Benteke ---- Townsend

Puncheon's probably most suited to the in the hole role but Souare's still out and Kelly is no wing-back. I can imagine Delaney having trouble in that LCB role so perhaps Kelly or Tomkins in that position and Zaha at wing-back. At the moment our players probably don't look flexible enough to play in that system but I think the likes of Zaha, McArthur, Puncheon and perhaps Cabaye are capable of being molded into more versatile players. Pardew has got us playing a very predictable game.

The system is a bit bonkers but so is Bielsa apparently. This season has seen the success of Klopp and Conte, so there's definitely room for a bit of madness in the Premier League.

This geezer could have us on the right path for a few years. (Technically not available but money in English football is on a different planet to Germany).

I mentioned him already in another thread.

I personally think if pardew was sacked. The board would appoint a manager with prem experience. Like Coleman or Big Sam.

I would like us to go after the Sheffield Wednesday boss carvjal.

He does seem like a very decent and honest man. Doesn't have the prem experience that I feel they would want a replacement to have.

..just proves that sacking Pardew would be a massive mistake doesn't it.

Hoddle is a horrifically bad suggestion. Out-dated and out of touch. There's a reason he has been out of work since his woeful spell at Wolves.

Not a horrible guy - despite some very questionable beliefs - and a great footballer. But should not be considered for any football job at a decent level. And certainly not at our club.

There are some foreign managers - relative unknowns - who are doing well but it is a massive risk. Gasperini at Atalanta for example. Sacristán at Sociedad, Favre at Nice, and Kombouaré at Guingamp. Who knows how they would adjust though.

Never going to happen based on previous changes. My favourite would be an ex England manager, not Fat Sam with all his baggage but Hodgson. Long shot, Chris Hughton, ex defender, doing well in The Championship, kaboosh the Weeds.

.

Wouldn't say it was woeful at all.At Wolves he only lost 15 out of 76 games and finished 7th in his last season.Don't think he spent a lot either.

He has been offered a lot of jobs but is concentrating on his 'Glenn Hoddle Academy' in Spain.
