Good didn't deserve starting spot to begin with and still looks s**t.

Don't recall him playing Defoe in for the goal though.

Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune)

So frustrated by that. Sunderland looked terrible, and as the home side without a league win they're the ones who'd have to come forward and attack, allowing us to pick them off. Instead we've surrendered that lovely position through a mistake by one of our more reliable, experienced players. Unbelievable.

Cabaye deserved to be booked, but how many times have their players gone in late without a booking? The one on Delaney was so late it made Southern Rail look punctual.

Bring Lee on for Cabaye who has looked ok, but after that knock and the booking is not looking good for the 2nd half.

Big plus has been Punch who ran the show up until the error by Ledley.

Am I in the minority thinking we played well and Ledley has done a woopsy and put us behind ?

Really don't get the hate for Cabaye....

I know, the flak Cabaye takes on here. Sir Joe is fine though. Some of our fans have some mighty biased and deep rooted crazy opinions. And now they will justify why.

Most certainly not European.

I wish to f*** our midfielders and would stop turning back all the feckin time and actually play in the right direction. Constantly going back to the defence just for Delaney to lump it 60 yards.

My goodness, two very, very poor teams for which we are the slightly better poor team which has made the biggest mistake of the match resulting in the goal. I'm amazed just how bad we are with that 11 playing today. Wednesday was more about Sako, Mutch and Fryers and the Southamptons squad being of a better strength 9it was also a poor performance). Today there is no excuse for that performance from the 11 playing - Our midfield should be ripping into them and passing quality balls to the forwards? There has be something more than the performance as man for man (on paper) we are the better team?

Why people want to take off Cabaye when he's far from having a shocker?

We are behind because Ledley's limitations/lack of confidence with the ball and oppo players in close quarters but rather than withdraw him we should take off a most complete midfielder? Eh?

Lee will be replacing Cabaye which may help our cause to be fair, his energy against this piss poor outfit will help get us further up the pitch.Cant help thinking that it looks as if McArthur has been told to play deeper to me maybe because we are away and are missing Dann. After watching the first half I hope AP releases him to push on as we are inviting Sunderland to press us and they are woeful imo.The real positive is with Moyes in charge there will be no miracle escape for them this year so that only leaves 2 teams we have to better than to stay up
