Ssn news just reported that Arsenal and Liverpool are scouting him. Hopefully this might force us into some action if were genuinely intrested. Edited by Reynolds1986 (17 Aug 2016 10.08pm)

This guy may wish to look very closely about how he wishes his career to progress.

I know right and wow 13th loan ! But the player could have the best intentions but the money and agents will turn his head. Move to big team year in the reserves few on loan no real progression. If he were to come here he would have a real chance at regular premier league football. Surely that's a dream for a young british footballer ?

Unfortunately no young talented player plying his trade in the Championship will go under the radar or not be tempted by the big fish. Chelsea had 60 odd players in the squad last season, many like Hector out on loan as has happened this season. Also this guy would still have to fight for his place in our side although his chances would be greater. Also unless we start progressing our youngsters internally we are less likely to get this type of player. Takes courage but needs to be looked at. Since promotion yet to see any youngster breakthrough which is a real disappointment. In fact even the chances given have been fairly thin on the ground.

Another two goals for this lad today and according to reports had an absolute stormer.... At 19 and valued at around £8m I would love to see us take a punt with this lad.
