I very much doubt we would even entertain the idea of bringing Mario to Palace. It would be an absolute no from me.. You can't help but think though if he did come and was really up for it he would score a s**tload of goals though.

Personally, I think we know he thinks of himself entirely and wants to be the number one of the team. A club like ours would get right behind him and give him the crowd support he craves. He would be the star of the team and then hopefully shine. Just my hopefull thoughts....

Yes. We need to bring in at least two strikers, maybe even a third on loan. Balotelli should be snapped up. Maybe Palace could loan with a view to buy, just to see how this "attitude" of his is?

with each day passing and no striking coming in the prospect of balotelli grows on me. We could get him on loan (definitely NOT buy!!!) and could get Liverpool to pay a % of wages. He is still an international class striker on his day - it is only 2 years ago he was Italy's first choice striker at the world cup. Needs a bit of love and will have off days but he could still be a 10 to 15 goal striker for us.

I wouldn't have Balotelli anywhere near the club. He's a waster, an expensive egomaniac who wouldn't give a s***. No, no and no.

He's supposed to go to Ajax. I would be thrilled if we got him though.

Not in a million years would I take that egomaniac at Palace. One of the laziest footballers I've ever seen and otally loves himself. No no and never!

I do get the laziness bit but for a team like ours with all the wing play all we need is that spark in and around the penalty area which he can provide. For me too many times we've had no one in the right place at the right time consistently. If I was Pardew I'd say stay in and around the box and let the others provide the service. I think it could work well. He'd love all the HF and the passion and should thrive on this. If we don't get Targets I would seriously consider approaching Liverpool for a loan deal.

Only if we had a get out clause for Jan just in case it all went horribly wrong which I very much doubt the player will agree to and we had another striker over the line as well. Presently we need at least 2 attacking players, 1/2 an out and out strikers or 1 attacking midfielder.

I like the defending from the front type of team - to see our forwards giving defenders a hard time. We cant play a high pressure game with the likes of Mario and honestly even with the HF behind him I just don't think he gives a toss anymore about playing for anyone. He came across that way at Liverpool and even at Milan where he should have been at his most enthusiastic. No thanks. You make excellent points though regarding being in the box for crosses.
