Just finished watching 'Real Story'. Quite shocked at Derby County's attitude to having their corporate suites used as a meeting place for these f***ers. I wonder how their fans will view their 'take the cash and turn a blind eye' attitude.

I have to agree that sticking up for our country is NOT being racist in the slightest way. We have the right in this democratic country to stick up for what we believe in, as we did in the two great wars. Slowly but surely "Dictator Blair" is handing over all that we have ever fought for and many many good men and women have died for. He is also allowing these twisted fanatics entry into our country and then when they entice hatred against us, allows them to continue living here AND CLAIM BENEFITS,HOUSING,HEALTH CARE ETC instead of just chucking them out from whence they came. Hook is wanted by the Yemen for crimes so why does he not get sent there to face justice. His British citizenship was gained falsly so that could be stripped off him straight away. His so called Lawyer who makes a fortune out of us in Legal Aid, and getting rich from tax payers money, should be kicked out with him and sent to the Yemen to defend him there. (They would probably BOTH get beheaded).

With all the bombings and suicide bombings going on around the world NOW IS THE TIME to kick ALL trouble makers out before we have many deaths on our hands in this country. The trouble with this country is that we are far too soft and its about time we got tough and started doing the right thing for a change. I just hope that all the voters show their displeasure in the coming local elections and then the general election by voting ALL Labour members OUT of power. Both councillors and the MP's. It is the ONLY way to get something done. We ALL have to get off our big fat arses and get down to the voting booths instead of just talking and moaning about it.

WE DO HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THINGS IF WE HAVE A MIND TO!

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

More people in this country will be drawn to those parties that offer some kind of solution based on the removal of scum like Abu Hamza and others who take from this nation yet offer nothing to it. The moslem population have done f*ck all to distance themselves from his kind and their silence will see them branded in the same way.

That's not true, did you not see this last week?:

"The Muslim Council has written to every mosque in the country asking imams to "exercise vigilance".
Sermons are to be preached at Friday prayers condemning terrorism as an affront to Islam.
Hundreds of thousands of special booklets are also to be distributed to worshippers to reinforce the anti-extremist message.

The move by the Muslim Council underlines fears within the Islamic community that it will become the target of violence and the belief that it must distance itself from the fundamentalists. Iqbal Sacranie, secretary general of the council, said: "A letter is going to mosques across the country bringing to their attention the concern that has been expressed of an immediate attack taking place in the UK.

"It is important that we exercise vigilance. If there is anything we become aware of, it is our duty to ensure that this is reported immediately to the police. We will not tolerate terrorism."

The letter to more than 1,000 mosques urges imams to preach a message of peace on Friday. They are reminded that the Koran describes the murder of one human being as "tantamount to murdering entire humanity". It asks community leaders to pay special attention to young Muslims, calling for "correct Islamic guidance".

Concern is mounting that many younger Muslims are becoming alienated from their parents and from western society, providing extremists with an ideal recruiting ground.

The Muslim Council said leaders had to guard against "mischievous or criminal elements" trying to worm their way into the community.

The letter and the booklets, printed in the wake of the Madrid bombings, are the first concerted effort by the Muslim community to tackle criticism that it has not done enough to condemn terrorism and extremism.

There is mounting fear within the community of a climate of "Islamophobia" similar to that which swept the US in the wake of September 11.

It proved counterproductive to law enforcement. The FBI, which launched heavy-handed operations against Arab-American communities, is still struggling to build a positive relationship with the wider American Muslim community, and privately admits it lost the chance to gain valuable co-operation and intelligence.

Scotland Yard has gone out of its way to avoid a similar problem in Britain.

Within hours of the raids yesterday, police were meeting community leader to reassure them that they were targeting suspected terrorists, not British Muslims as a whole."

I have a strong love for my country, and I am a Christian not a Muslim, but I believe that diversity should be a positive thing.
I do kind of understand where some people are coming from, and yes I agree that anyone who so openly is against our country should not be allowed to stay, but most Muslims hate Abu Hamzaar as much as most non-Muslims.
Unfortunately extremists and fundamentalists exist from all religions, or anyone who holds strong beliefs. But hate against hate is not the way to deal with this.

The extremist group al-Muhajiroun, the same group that hijacked last weeks meeting and burned the Union Flag, booked a hospitality suite at the County Ground and held a meeting in which they advocated 'martyr' attacks on non moslems and showed videos glorifying Sept 11th and the 19 terrorists involved. The BBC booked the suite next door and filmed the meeting over the internal TV system. When told about the content of the meeting Derby's management shrugged it off.

etc. etc. etc.

This isn't saying anything new. Any moslem who professes any knowledge of the koran would know all this already. This hasn't stopped their vile behaviour in the past, nor will it prevent their vile behaviour in the future. Until there is a conscious effort on the part of the moslems in the UK to condemn violence, actively assist the authorities in bringing the scum they're hiding to justice and embrace the customs and traditions of the country that's been good enough to take them in, they are all suspect. I don't see extremist Christianity in this country, nor do I see any open demonstrations by the indigenous white population about their foul habits in matters such as animal slaughter etc. Diversity is not a positive thing when it allows their inherently anti-British activities to flourish. If you can't see that this is an evil in our midst, I can recommend a good optician.

How can you say it wont make any difference? How do you know that?
I'm not saying it's going to suddenly change those who tend towards extremism.
But it may encourage those who aren't extreme and fundamentalists to realise the importance of standing up against such people, which is what you say you want to hear.

If you think that this will make one iota of difference, then I really can't say anything else. All this stuff that they've come out with is old hat. It's in the koran already, and that's been around for 1500-odd years. If their'holy' book expressly forbids them to do the things they do, why do you think a few bearded tw*ts in their mosques are going to make a difference?

Because the Koran, like most religious books, is open to a degree of interpretation. And in the case of Islam, it's not just the Koran but other collected writings that are considered Holy books.
Christians go to church to receive teaching from the Bible, as not everything is immediately clear (I mean, blimey, have you ever read Leviticus?!?), and the Muslim clerics are stating their renewed commitement to being vigilant against extremists interpreting the Koran and other Holy books to their own ends to vunerable people.

I thought we'd done this topic to death several times over, but it's here again. That alone indicates the depth of feeling this issue has raised among HOL members.

I await a pillorying but I can understand where Stevemac is coming from. I think that the point he makes is valid for two reasons:
1. He is correct to react to the nearly fascist posts made by SE19 and others (don't mean to pick on you, SE19, but your Hitler rant did stand out). It's unbelievable to see posts like these - only 65 years ago this country was leading the world to war against an evil man and his thugs with exactly these views. They were as misguided then as they are now.

2. It is unbelievable that so many people here are tarring all Muslims with the same brush - it's akin to calling EVERY policeman racist or EVERY football fan a hooligan. Do people really believe that every Muslim-born person (no matter whether openly practicing his religion or not) is inherently evil? Get out of here!

I have said before that I believe anyone found guilty of inciting racial hatred should be harshly dealt with, and if they have sought asylum in this country then they should be deported immediately. I agree with the likes of Cucking that the majority of law-abiding Muslims could do more to help themselves (in British eyes) by shopping these zealots, but I am sure that a lot of them are afraid to do so.

(The idea of Muslims shopping the zealots has an interesting counterpoint on these boards, where a lot of people have suggested ignoring Palace hooligans causing trouble after games, and shopping them would be "grassing". But I digress!)

There are evil people in all cultures and all religions everywhere in the world. You need look no further than Northern Ireland to see examples of Christians, both Catholic and Protestant, using their faith as an excuse for terror, racism and violence.

By all means, let's get rid of the troublesome w@nkers like Abu Hamza who cause hatred and promote terorism and violence, but let's leave the decent, law-abiding ones alone.

Goodness is what you do. Not who you pray to.
