That's right, it is OUR home game and we should be willing our boys on to victory. As Indianapalace85 said in his post, Liverpool have been very fortuitous in their last few games and we should be going all out to beat the bin dippers. I would rather Chelsea or Man City win it. Although it is due to the aformentioned losing games unexpectedly that has put Liverpool in the box seat.
I hate Liverpool fc with a passion. I remember Heysel and e few trips up there we're we've been threatened.

What is it with the Liverpool title thing? If they beat us and win the title they deserve it, for gaining more points than any other team - no other reason -that's it!!

As for singing their song - absolutley not - if we win then Glad All Over will boom from the stands and if we lose then turn up the PA system to it's top volume to drown out their noise!!

This i hope be beat them and blow their title chances. We won't hear the end of it if they win the title. Can you imagine Hansens smug face

Palace will win the game so Liverpool might have to wait until the last game of the season. Manchester City and Liverpool must be dreading the trip to Selhurst Park. They will be playing a fighting Palace side who will be given all the motivation they need by TP .

Am I the only one who fails to see the big deal and significance of Liverpool winning if indeed they do win the title this year? Someone has to win it. IMO what we have done this year is more noteworthy. (maybe i am biased) A team that everyone said was lucky to be in the premiere league and all had tipped for relegation. 2 wins and a draw in our first 13 games to safety and a possible mid table finnish in their return to the PL with a squad worth nothing near what liverpool are worth money wise.

Both managers are rightfully being considered for the award. Liverpool have probably outperformed expectation by around 20 points this season. We have outperformed by at last 15 but the difference is that all of our improvement has come since TP took over. His achievement is therefore even greater, given what he inherited. But Rodgers has done a very impressive job, no question.

Want us to do everything possible to beat Liverpool - AJ header beat them 1-0 last time they here in Prem. We can do it again now. If they don't win title, TP in for a good shout at Mangaer OTY. (We also lost quite heavily at Anfield first game in the Prem some years ago!)

It was at Selhurst mate, bloody 6-1, i remember it very painfully 94/95

If they win the title it has to be Rodgers. Pulis has done wonders, but in terms of achievement BR has manufactured an attacking team to rival Tottenham's famous five with Klinsmann, or Athletico Bilbao in Europe a couple of seasons ago. Even Joe Allen was trying to get in on it yesterday.

Can't wait for the Liverpool game at Selhurst.

Our last home game of the best season we have had in decades is all about us celebrating. West Ham didn't sing GAO to congratulate us staying up.

Liverpool are just another club playing in our league. OK there was a disaster and whatever... but that was 25 years ago... move on. You can't dwell on it for ever.

We have history with pool, and I'm looking forward to putting them in their place at Selhurst.

Don't mind a bit of friendly banter with the opposition fans but it's our day because it's our last home game of the season and I want us to celebrate our achievements not theirs. They can celebrate when they play at home the following week (if they've got something to celebrate!)

I have a family connection with Liverpool and would rather they won the league than Chelsea or City, but I won't sing any of their songs. I'll give them a polite clap because they've done well but this is our last home game of the season and we should be about celebrating OUR amazing achievement, not anyone else's.

We're not Brighton after all.
