I don't believe this!
"Average time spent with the BBC each week [by young audiences] now stands at just less than an hour a day," it found."

Sorry do you mean that you believe OFCOM is wrong or that you are genuinely surprised that young people aren't interested? e.g. Victor Meldrew I don't believe it?

Growing up we only had 2 then 3 channels I was forced to watch stuff like the Good Old Days because that's what my parents liked. If I had had the choice and the technology that the kids have today I would be the same as them watching the stuff I care about e.g. skate boarding cats on YouTube or Harry Potter on hard rotation.

My point in posting this is that the BBC is not doing itself any favours. The only way to fend off people like me is to point to your audience figures and to surveys that say the BBC is loved, well the momentum is
clearly going the other way and even the BBC can't ignore OFCOM hence the story on their own website..

Unless the BBC reverses this trend the next generation will not be buying licences and at some point that model becomes unviable.

The biggest audience is dying and fed up I think in business terms they call this the law of diminishing returns.

They have adverts now, just not of the commercial & profitable kind.

Most adverts these days contain some form of propaganda anyway. The BBC is just a more overt version of this.

In both of these the doctrine is always diversity, inclusivity and equity and the heresy is always "hate".

Not necessarily. The BBC could move to a subscription service they already have all our bank details they just need to encrypt Freeview.

As for adverts check out the BBC website next time your abroad (whenever).

I see theyve rehashed/redone the A Ferdinand/Terry saga after, what, nearly 8/9 years, so it fits in with their woke/pc agenda on racism.

Didnt Terry get found NOT guilty in court & by the FA, but Ferdinand & his drug cheat brother/cousin/uncle, leo have decided to jump on the bandwagon & create more grief & division.

When are they showing the documentary which shows hundreds of pakistani men gang raping English school girls up and down the country?

Maybe I’ve missed it
