That is my concern also the old "The public have a right to know her side of the story line." Terrorists are pathetic attention seeking scum. I don't need to know their name or life story and the MSM would do us all a favour if they just printed the name once in small letters somewhere in the inside pages, like when a paper apologies for libelling someone. I suspect that the lavish attention that they get inspires others to copycat so why give them the oxygen of publicity. I genuinely think that accidents will happen.

Now, this WILL cause an outcry . . .
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Let her come home, only to get smashed up in the street by some chavs. Karma. She's a hard line Muslim so she will hardly be allowed out of the house by her husband/ brother/ father/ uncle. The pictures we have of her are misleading. She wears a full Hijab, so best of luck recognising her.

The Muslim radical that cut off a peaceful Muslim's head got 100s of thousands of legal aid. It was an open and shut case but hey, ho.

An interesting read. This particularly made me think.. Lord Justice Flaux - sitting with Lady Justice King and Lord Justice Singh - said: "Fairness and justice must, on the facts of this case, outweigh the national security concerns, so that the leave to enter appeals should be allowed." So they are basically sanctioning the possibility of some more of our citizens dying, as long as a terrorist’s rights are protected. People with that kind of mindset should be nowhere near our justice system.

If someone is facing criminal charges they are entitled to a reasonable amount of legal aid after all it is the state that is prosecuting them. She is not currently facing any criminal charges so I don't see why beyond a very basic level she should be entitled to anything. It was the same with the lawyers profiting off British troops falsely accused of war crimes. The whole legal aid thing needs to be looked at.

When someone cuts someone's head off and sits there laughing. Admitted the whole thing but made numerous appeals, I don't think that's reasonable. They are still sending out radical messages to their followers in pakistan from prison too, which is entirely unacceptable.

Ever since Blair started giving 'Comfort' letters to the PIRA, for immunity from prosecution, thats exactly what the UK/NI justice depts have & are doing as regard prosecution of VETS who served on 'Operation Banner' back in the 70's
