Just pay him off the end of the season and say it's mutually agreed it's best for both parties. Club will have a big overhaul in the summer, I wouldn't be surprised if zaha Townsend and benteke all leave It will be a particularly big overall if we don't stay up!

Nonsense. What we are witnessing is the same as Hodgson's time as England manager. Negativity, shift the blame, players out of position. Kane taking corners? Wilf centre forward? Come on now! Strange that his record with England is the the best ever.If you don't believe it check it out.

He has options. They may not be particularly good. Also, watch the post match interview when Wickham gets mentioned, the shifty look, the denial. Hodgson shifts blame and will never admit he has made an error of judgement. Do you ?

It was the thunder clap. Almost definitely. It had the devasting effect of getting Kane to take corners in both that match and the previous. Although I did like Roy's plan B: Reading a prewritten letter of resignation in the press conference afterwards. Still waiting for it's deployment with us...

The better team Iceland won on the day, that's all. But his record is excellent, few England managers get close.

His record is dire. 3 wins from 11 tournament games. I'll add Harry Kane on corners to complete the hat-trick of incompetence.

By that logic, Alf Ramsey was s*** because he subbed off Charlton against Germany and the team went on to lose the game. Or, maybe, it's Bobby Robson because the team failed to qualify for Euro 84 and were knocked out at the group stage in 88. Whether you like him or not, Hodgson has an excellent overall record as an England manager.
If you come to a fork in the road, take it. |
