Those isolated units don’t though now exist and no amount of wishful thinking is going to recreate them. You might not like the modern world but it really is what it is. We communicate in different ways and travel widely. We are not isolated and cannot now be. You cannot not know what you know and thinking that you can is foolish.

Individuals and small groups can withdraw from the world if they choose to, so if that becomes an overwhelming priority you have an answer in your own hands.

He was found guilty of and jailed for:-

Publishing or distributing material intending to stir up racial hatred.
Encouraging or assisting the commission of the offence of racially aggravated criminal damage.

I think any attempt to claim reparations is divisive and foolish. We need to stop blaming those who went before us and start behaving responsibly to each other using the wisdom that time and experience has granted us.

Neither “white” or “black” are in any way more accurate descriptions of anyone than if they are tall or short, fat or thin. Such descriptions might help the police identify someone but cannot assist in determining their character.

So to classify us in that way is beyond wrong. It encourages division and hatred. It must stop.

I am aware of his ideology, but this is not relevant to the so called crimes committed. I could be a jihadist bent on creating a caliphate in the UK through violence, but if all I did was whistle a tune in public my belief does not, of itself, make the whistling criminal (though the atonal din could amount to a public order offence).

Nor should the fact that he committed the acts online and anonymously aggravate the act. It is the act itself that needs to be viewed.

What he did was carefully word a sticker to restate a statistic. If there is credible evidence to support the fact that white people will be in a minority by 2066, then he has merely stated a supportable fact.

Of course, it is a fact laced with opinion about race, but not of the emotionally charged nature the po-faced copper was leading us to believe; and certainly not one warranting the waste of public resources on an expensive criminal prosecution.

And as to the "racially motivated criminal damage", that was the damage to the lampposts and so on where the stickers were proposed to be placed. In a culture where rapists are allowed to roam through failures in the judicial system, I am actually embarrassed that officers of the law and the courts have used an emotive phrase such as this to describe something akin to somebody putting up posters of their missing cat.

This man is a raging nutter that was always heading for hooky. But not for this.
