But that’s America where the portion sizes are too big anyway and obesity gets you closer to death with Covid so in that regard he could be right. If portion sizes get any smaller here it’ll become pointless eating out. It won’t make any order an extra course how they think it might. Yes, a rose tinted look, but in addition with his deep pockets it's an I'm alright jack approach that actually relies on other smaller businesses going under due to the current mess, which is of benefit to him and other chains. So I'm sure he will be okay, but the family businesses we'd prefer to survive have less tools in the box to weather the storm.

It would be good if all those wedded to this lost everything. But we know they know they won’t.

That's because the flu vaccine is always 2 years behind the reality of the latest strain, with an element of anticipation as to how it will mutate for the current year. Cousin of mine worked on flu vaccines for over 35 years.
