Todays second download is a set by Simply Red that was recorded in Newcastle on the 28th February 1989. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a BBC FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. I've posted a few really good quality boots by Simply Red in the past and I've got another couple lined up for the next week or so. This one was originally posted on the 19th April 2007 and if you missed it first time - grab it now - this is a good one and is thoroughly recommended. Todays extra download is a set by Supersuckers that was recorded in Stockholm, Sweden in March 2000. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. This is the first album or bootleg by this band that I've posted and I know very little about them. They were formed in 1988 and are still going today - and they have released over 20 albums in that time. They play rock with a touch of everything thrown in - and they once proclaimed themselves "The Best Rock Band In The World" - I wouldn't go that far - but they certainly can play... give them a try... Todays first download is a rehearsal set by Pink Floyd that was recorded at the Tampa Stadium, Tampa, Florida at 2pm on the 5th May 1994. The quality of this boot is stunning - pin drop perfect, crystal clear sound. I guess not having an audience in the stadium during the set helped. Hi staffie, Any chance you can find the album Gaye & other stories by Clifford T Ward - if that's not around maybe Home Thoughts by the same artist. If I could impose and ask when you posted the Iron & Wine album, Kiss Each Other Clean. It shows on the seach but when I click the link I cannot find the post. Cheers as always. Todays first download is another of the previously posted bootlegs and this one is a cracker - Michael Jackson : Live in Brunei 1996. This is the best sounding Michael Jackson boot there is on the net - really great sound - the setlist is top notch as well. This is a show that MJ performed for Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah's 50th birthday in Jerudong Park, Brunei. This show was originally posted on 28.6.09 and if you missed it then - grab it now... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by R.E.M that was recorded at the BBC London in 1998. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. A wicked setlist on this one, starting with "Losing My Religion" and featuring some real classics. I first posted this album on 26th July 2008 - so if you missed it first time - grab it now... thoroughly recommended..
