With interest piling on. When I took my student loan I was promised a very low interest rate. Since some c*** privatised student loans, they've become money making schemes rather than support for citizens.

I don't approve of the principle but the reality is that most people pay very little per month or none at all.

I think Universities should provide better facilities for all the money they make even so.

That is true in part. I assume that you will, therefore, be campaigning to reduce the cost of tertiary education and the debt burden on our young people.

You have to balance with tax take though - when my cohort were graduating in the mid 70's, we were paying 33% basic rate.

They aren't, I didn't say they are but you chose to be rude and aggressive without any consideration at all.

You said:

People like you are one of the problems we have in tis country and why so many young people are unemployed. Yor do not give them a chance. Shame on you!

What or who are 'people like me' and why am I one of the problems we have in 'tis' country? How dare you attack me in this way?

How the hell do you know whether I give young people a chance? You know absolutely nothing about what I do, who I hire and how I do my job. You didn't think to ask. But you personally and arrogantly attack me.

So you wind your neck in. And don't attack me because of your own prejudices without a second thought.

By saying that I deplore the words " For example, I very rarely hire UK born employees and I do a lot of hiring".Does not make me aggressive and by saying that you should give young people a chance that have been born in the UK is in my book out of order. I think the poster who said that you employ non born Brits is very right when he implies you employ cheap labour. As I said you really do need to wind your head in and stop accusing me of attacking you and being arrogant. None of what I have said is either of those things only my opinion and as for my prejudices dont be so silly. I stated a fact and if you do not like it then I advise you to think about who you employ in the future and you will not get "attacked" as you so stupidly put! Do you think you are better than me because that is how I read it as probably some others do also. You are trying to swing the argument from you not employing British born people to the comments that I made.

To be fair you did sort of set yourself up by saying, and I quote "I very rarely employ British people",without really qualifying what you were saying.
