I’m a middle of the road Joe who actually floats between the two big parties but I’ve never experienced such outrageous biased reporting as Matt Frei tonight on channel 4 news when he was interviewing that anti trump guy. This is bottom of the barrel stuff. How on earth did we get here in the UK?

Actually, on top of everything else I have Covid and feel like s***e at the moment. As doing anything too physical is a struggle right now responding to the garbage being posted here keeps me awake! Are you sure it is Covid? Have you checked your gas appliances for leaks?

Well absolutely pissed up in NYC with my Palace mate discussing the threat to world democracy that is Trump! How one man emotes such differing emotions is fascinating! Great discussions which i’m sure we will continue at Rudy’s bar on Monday watching the game!!

Great discussions which i’m sure we will continue at Rudy’s bar on Monday watching the game!! Less fascinating than disturbing in my opinion. Divisions like this aren’t healthy and they are what really threaten democracy. When you reflect on who profits from such division it’s not a big jump to understanding who is fermenting them.

This wasn’t a legal judgment against me. This wasn’t a criminal trial. The police, who were aware, took no action. This was a successful claim for personal injury damages granted because in the Judge’s opinion there was no other explanation for them. It was a clever fraud that would have been avoided with a dash cam. Something I am now installing in my car and recommend everyone does. If people want to use my experience, and the lesson it has taught me, as just another brick to bash a poster they disagree with then I pity them. I have no idea why anyone thinks I have lost other cases. I haven’t. I have been refused grants, which are being reviewed and had a Council Tax review refused, but two other cases, each over 20 years ago in the small claims court, I won. This last one was the first involving a barrister and was essentially run by the insurers and not me. Wisbech. You are not obliged to explain or defend yourself on here, or even discuss aspects of your personal circumstances. We all like some banter and clearly have a lot to disagree about, but don't take this all too seriously. If you let posters drag you into a personal battle, then the result will only be higher blood pressure.

Whilst we certainly disagree on political matters we seem more lined up on Palace issues and on the fraud I encountered, so I thank you for your concern. My blood pressure is fine. I just have Covid which is proving to be quite nasty this time. I cannot recall how this started. Probably in response to someone commenting on my absence during the days it dominated my attention. Having got the result we did, knowing it meant another fraudster and the lawyers who encourage them, had extracted money from an insurer and the consequences for all on our insurance premiums I thought it worth sharing. The lesson I have learned has been to get a dash cam fitted. Something I recommend to everyone as it would have avoided this completely. That some here regard it as just another opportunity to poke fun at someone they disagree with is unfortunate but spectacularly misses the whole point. The next time they renew their car insurance and are staggered by the hike in their premium I hope they will reflect for a while.

I find it extremely selfish of someone to be on the road driving again when it's clear that they are unfit to be driving in the first place. Especially after causing serious injury to someone.......

Thanks for proving the point made in the final paragraph of my previous post but it was really unnecessary. It’s been demonstrated many times in recent days.

I am a concerned citizen. The people that you assume are poking fun at you are the ones who are calling you for being hypocritical in your stances. If you can't handle the heat then get out of the kitchen as they say. You are quick enough to dish it out be prepared to also receive it.
