Gosh. Quite a tirade for someone who doesn't care. Your beliefs are noted. But if you think "whole cities [have been] given over to non-indigenous people" you really ought to visit them first. What an utter load of bullsh!t. There's exaggeration, and then there's just talking sh!t. Way to cross the line Pete. FYI there is not one city in the UK which is less than 50% white. Not one. One question arises from the above, the rest not being worth responding to. Which nations and cultures are "non-barbaric" and which are barbaric, by your criteria? Off now to cry about not being invited for a drink.

But, he claimed and you agreed, that Iraq put us in the firing line. That is not true, as we were already in the firing line. Though I do agree it did increase the risk. Any action we do take, will in all likelihood increase our risk in the short term. That makes complete sense. Thus the logic is we should take no action. Does that mean you think we should take no action? Personally, I think that would be suicide.
I guess I wasn't foul mouthed enough to warrant a response from Petealiator.

but surely it'd be a whole lot more uniform and stale if it wasn't for that? Not in the least! You obviously enjoy race riots and suicide bombers, I don't. If you need foreign cities full of foreign nationals to keep your experience of life from becoming stale, there's a thing called an aeroplane that may be of some use.

Yes - I've been on an aeroplane, and many, many times. To go to other fantastic places. Yes, they are all interesting. They are interesting because they are different. Look around you, and do you really think that life would be interesting with no immigrants? With only 'English food' and 'English culture' fenced off from the rest of the world?

And how would we get cities full of foreign nationals without them immigrating?

I guess I wasn't foul mouthed enough to warrant a response from Petealiator. If we were already in the firing line, and you accept we clearly were well before Iraq, then how did it put us into the firing line when we were already there? We do not yet even know for sure what this particular cell is claiming, so how you can claim effectively that this is a new group with differing ideology is beyond me. It may well be that they claim it was because of Iraq. What of those who claim it is because of Palestine, or Afghanistan, or the Arab World in general, or oil, etc., etc. This list could continue for miles. It is all bulls*** in the name of trying to justify killing. And how do 4 Brits, who can vote, justify murdering other Brits in the name of Iraq, if that is indeed the excuse? They can't, it is all just to ease their warped consciences for action they know to be wrong, otherwise they would not need an excuse. These people do not need an excuse. They will create one that suits them. N.B. Al-Quaida's goal was to get rid of Ameirca from Saudi. Then when America pulled almost all of it's troops out, it became to get rid of it from somwhere else (Iraq). The stated goal of a number of the groups with similar philosophies is the complete and utter destruction of the west. Nothing short of that will do. Do you really think that Iraq caused this? Many of these terrorists groups want to compltely destroy us and they will use any and all excuses to justify their aims.

And all this about a hypothetical 'firing line' is silly, I think. There is always a firing line, and we're always in it. Everywhere can suffer as a result of a crazed bunch of maniacs, it doesn't matter on that level the ideology behind it. Where it does matter is in the number of pies we've stuck out fingers in, especially when we do so as a nation and we do so with violence.

What makes you think race riots and suicide bombers are naturally the product of multicultural society then? 'Multicultural' means 'the existence of several cultures within a society', 'several' means 'some' or 'more than one', so with that in mind, come on then, let's hear it, how the f*** can you have a race riot in a monocultural society I'm intrigued!
