This caught my eye today.

‘Healthy’ doctor, 32, died after rare severe reaction to AstraZeneca Covid jab

A“fit and healthy” doctor died of “unintended consequences of vaccination” after a rare reaction to the AstraZeneca Covid jab, a coroner has ruled.

As an NHS clinical psychologist and frontline health worker, Dr Stephen Wright, 32, of Sevenoaks, Kent, was among the earliest groups of people to be given the vaccine during the pandemic.

He died 10 days later.

Very surprised the BBC reported this. Must have taken note of what Elon musk said

The thing with rare severe reactions is that they aren't impossible. Just rare.

Rare events are also often newsworthy.

Ah! Finally somthing we agree on. Although....these rare severe reactions don't seem to be so "rare" these days...

Plenty of rare events....but the BBC only choose to report base don which way the wind is blowing or what fits their agenda....perhaps the wind is starting to blow differently and the BBC are trying to get ahead it....perhaps

What are you on about?

Rare events are just that, and have always been just that. They aren't any more frequent "these days"! The only thing that's more frequent is people with agendas making noise about them.

The BBC will answer for themselves, but I don't detect any changes. They are always objective and straightforward over this just as they are over everything.

Excuse me while I......Laugh out Loud!

"Rare events" are starting to occur alot more frequently these days. Main stream media are slowly starting to report on these "rare" occasions as the wind starts to blow a different direction these days.

Didint a BBC presenter also die from vaccine side effects...all but swept under the carpet

You are spouting more nonsense. There is no evidence at all that these events are any more frequent than in the past. They are just getting more attention, which is a very different matter.

There is a risk to every medical procedure. Fortunately the risks associated with vaccinations are generally slight and very rare, but they are still there and someone, somewhere is going to be affected. Lisa Shaw, a BBC Presenter did suffer a blood clot within a few weeks of receiving the Covid vaccine that was attributed, rightly or wrongly, to it. No definitive proof is though possible. It was publicised. However, a quote from the time says all that needs to be said:-

"Dr Alison Cave, the chief safety officer with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency which approves vaccines for use in the UK, said the benefits of Covid jabs outweighed the risks and urged people to come forward for vaccination if they are eligible. She said: “Lisa Shaw’s death is tragic and our thoughts are with her family."

This is the point I am making an I agree with you. In my opinion and it is my opinion that these events are getting more attention now because the wind is starting to blow a different way. They have always been there.

I agree with rare severe side effects... but lately its not so rare as more and more people come forward and only a small part is starting to be reported.

Kindly provide the evidence that supports this assertion.

I think you gain this impression because there is an active group of anti-vaxers and conspiracy theorists trawling through the data and jumping on anything that could possibly be presented as support for their dangerous ideas.

So it's not a small part being reported. It's anything at all that could be reported. Some parts of the media are responsibly cautious. Others less so. Those who live off sensational headlines are especially culpable.

Sounds like the climate change catastrophe preachers.
