So you would rather they didn’t know ‘gay’ was a thing? Genuine question.

At five, yeah.

I'm not sure as to the value of this area of the humanities.

Has anyone got an idea of how this is going to be explained.
I sort of remember in junior school using poof and queero whilst mucking around.
Most of the boys did; albeit not really understanding what it meant or even being offended.
Sadly society has taken away the innocence and happy ignorance of youth and with that being the case surely allowing that now is wrong.
Think back if you are over 40 and I can pretty much bet it was the same in all schools.
The minimum requirement is to stop this as kids are now offended by it (TIC) so giving a basic understanding must be correct, even at 5 years old.
Not knowing how it is going to be taught is the elephant in the room.

Absolutely correct.

It's social engineering boardering on perverted to introduce this level of awareness of sexuality at such a young age. Why ever?

My son brought a book home written by that closet homosexual Walliams about a boy in a dress. We had a right good laugh at it and decided it was ridiculous and boys don't wear dresses, 'issue' dealt with. Why it's even in the library and available to him is sinister in my eyes, but rather than kick up a fuss with whichever social warrior teacher planted it there (which is what they want) we took the piss out of it, job done. Didn't even finish the book as we both agreed it was weird.

If every parent took this common sense approach we wouldn't have made up psychological conditions such as gender confusion in children too young to even understand what they are.

As a teacher I wouldn't allow slurs like 'gay' in my classroom. I knew some teachers who were fine with it.

However, this is on a completely different level. This is the state officially mandating the teaching of your child on different sexual relationships starting at five years old.

This is an attack on socially conservative families of any hue and any religion or none at all.

What if little Johnny says to the teacher that he doesn't think a child being raised with two mummies and no daddy or vice versa is ok?

This is not what the state should be doing.

We are seeing worrying gender confusion at very young ages and seemingly promotion of neurotic people going on in certain 'progressive' Democratic states in the US....those states are s***holes.

Socially liberal or intersectionists can teach their own children what they like, keep that crap away from mine.

I have two small boys, I don't want them having 'LGBT lessons'. The state doesn't, in my view, have the right to decide my children's views on the merits of different types of social relationships.

My point was not so much the right or wrong but that I don't see Owen Jones and his lot out in force on the subject against Muslims.

Yet if the right had issues with Muslims Owen Jones goes hysterical.

I believe the left have gone up a dead end and are starting to realise their mistakes and want to turn back on many views but don't want to eat humble pie.

The left are getting a small taste of what it's going to be like once the Muslims drop them like a stone.

Absolutely. Take Owen Jones for example I don't even reckon he's gay: he just likes to be in that crowd for the social justice angle. That or he's just unable to get some snatch due to his middle age lesbian body and newly hatched bird eyes.

He'd be the first the Communists would shoot being both educated and a journalist (arguable) and definitely the first thrown off a rooftop under Sharia law.

Silly little c***.

Great example of BBC double standards.

"German economy slips back into negative growth"

The kind caring BBC.

Retired bank manager has been harassed since 1997 because he doesn't own a TV.

[Link]

This is just one example of many. The BBC takes the attitude that you have to prove to them you don't own a TV licence. Funny that I thought our law is based on the presumption of innocence.

If I was this chap I would sue the BBC for harassment and demand they provide the evidence that that they believe proves he has a TV.

Over 75's can look forward to plenty of this bully boy tactics from next year.
