Sometimes i have to pinch myself with Palace negotiating with likes of PSG for their player. makes me feel proud,weather he comes or not well done mr Parish and the other owners for showing real ambition.

I hope that this deal comes off. Does anyone know why he hasn't done very well at PSG ? I've probably missed that part but if someone could let me know, that would be great.

He is competing with Verratti to play at the base of the midfield in that pivot position and he is probably PSG's third best player IMO. He has still played 36 times this year either starting or from subs bench but just hasn't managed to hold a consistent place. Motta Matuidi and Luiz have all played over him in Champions league matches from memory.
