Where’s wissie and his defence of Biden . I have been preoccupied with a personal and, to me, much more serious matter. Nevertheless I have heard a little of this story which sounds like yet another political stunt to try to obscure the fact that he was not charged and the comparisons between his cooperation and that of Trump. He was interviewed on the day Hamas killed all those people and took hostages. I think he must have had quite a lot on his mind and was trying to do many things consecutively. Making political capital out of that is the kind of things today’s Republican’s do. If anyone was under pressure and someone threw them a curve ball unconnected question then they might flounder. Me and I suspect you included.

Regarding the predictable response from the left on Biden's most recent ramblings: "The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command." [Orwell] Edited by georgenorman (09 Feb 2024 9.59pm)

Simple summary, Biden declared not competent to stand trial for document breaches, but fine to be POTUS You really couldn't make it up
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

I think what you are seeing is the Democrat establishment warning him that hanging on to power means they will take the gloves off. They are pathetically desperate to replace him. So much so that they simply don't care that the double standards are front and centre. They will just rely upon omission and their media to soft focus to their base. However, more and more independents with brains are going to wake up.

When US and German politics collide. What do a US Senator from Delaware and the Chancellor of Germany have in common? It turns out, quite a lot. Chris ****s and Olaf Scholz met in Washington DC on Thursday. Afterward, they took a selfie together and posted it online teasing the same question. "Wer ist wer?", Sen ****s joked - German for "who is who". Attachment: Doppelgangers.pdf (331.12Kb)
I disengage, I turn the page. |

Even though he was found to have "wilfully retained and disclosed classified materials"? Or his staff did by accident overlook the classification of some among the thousands retained which when discovered were immediately returned and the investigation into what happened cooperated with and not obstructed.

It’s a summary designed to appeal to the simple. Compared to what Trump has done this is a huge nothing burger. Just a wind up by populists playing games. Neither Trump nor Biden should be standing. Trump because he is so clearly unfit and too old. Biden just because at his age it’s not wise to be under such stress.
