Why Can't The French Stop Them Coming?

Not sure where you get your figures from but IMO they are way off the mark regarding genuine asylum seekers.

Attempting to get documentation from their own governments

When we were in the EU we couldn’t stop people coming because of freedom of movement and now we’re not in the EU we can’t stop people because it’s none of our business?

I do respect your experience in the game thou and am not saying before brexit things were great, but these were the figures stated yesterday.

And asking the French to take the refugees/migrants back, isn"t going to wash, why would they? Great to see the French get some backbone and take control, by telling Priti shes not welcome in negotiations, it might force the issue and we can get someone who actually knows what they are doing in charge!

France take double ours and Germany three orfour times the amount,we don"t take as many as we used to, only have made it harder to claim asylum now with normal routes in , thats why they are coming by dingy.
