Exactly...which is why I am bored of this thread. I was interested in the views but as you have also noticed it gets lost in all the constant petty arguments. This is getting so common on this site now and very boring! I agree with your reply Midlands but I came on here to read comments and not get bogged down with such petty tit for tat rows. Some posters on here really do need to lighten up, not take things so personally and stick to the subject matter. Mods...maybe you could add a new topic menu bar titled petty arguments. I think it would very popular! They did exactly that. Tried to get the bickerers onto news and politics. Yet somehow the same old themes and rivalry (bullying?) leak over into all the other topics. Very tiresome.

As it appears they've got what they requested from the club when will they return to block B ? Possibly as has been mentioned, it wasn't a boycott so they won't be? I think we're all forgetting how bad "block b" was for a lot of last season. Some of those games felt like nobody was singing in the stadium, not sure that there is much for them to go back to.

I think the problem with this thread is that there are really only 2 views (give or take minor variations of perspective and level of outrage); those who want it whatever the cost to others and those who think more consideration should have been given to current ST holders. As a note, Mods cannot make up topic menus - only the Webmaster does that and not very often 'cos it takes hours and hours of his time to rearrange everything else to fit one in.

You slagging off my thread? FYI, I have mixed views and see both sides.

I was just saying that after however many pages (depending on your preference settings), it has pretty well all been said, not too many people have changed sides, and even if they did it wouldn't make 'aporth of difference because the decision has been made, and being Hol, slinging a few personal insults around is pretty much par for the course at this stage.

Really ? how so ? From where I'm sat (not in Block E) you have not come up with one single solitary factually based reason why the singing section should not go ahead. Not on safety, not on law, not even any valid reason as to why people should feel so indignant about moving, other than they have (will have) thier noses put out of joint because they have been asked to move for the benefit of the clubs atmosphere. But then I'm sure people like you would forgo the clubs famous atmosphere coming back, just to satisfy there own petty self indulgent interests. I bet you burst little kids footballs when they land on your rhododendrons. Now I would suggest in the interest of the thread that you either debate properly and come up with a hitherto unmentioned pearl of wisdom in favour of cancelling the singing section, or just get used used to the idea that it will happen and some people will have to be relocated. Why it's such a big deal I don't know. Just as an aside there is more pages on this "issue" than there is on a much more serious issue of Grooming Gangs, which speaks absolute volumes to me, in that this is a very "self interest at heart" thread, and not necessarily what is best for the club, which surely should be paramount ? I await with bated breath your pearls of wisdom that will show how I have lost the argument, or alternatively (and more likely) await for you to show that you are the grumpy old git I believe you to be, whose moral outrage is based purely from a self interested view point rather than what would be best for the club.

Why don't you take some of your suggested medicine and debate properly yourself as stupid childish insults are the sign of someone losing an argument Originally posted by Dannyh.V2
This is a football forum dedicated to all things Crystal Palace and not many people (including myself) wish to debate news and politics here
