Todays first download is a set by Steely Dan that was recorded in Detroit, Michigan in June 2000. This is in superb quality and and the audio has been taken from a soundboard source and sounds top notch. I've previously posted a couple of other shows from this tour - this is another wicked show. Steely Dan are a wicked band, and this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set of demos by The Throbs. These demos are in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the studio master tapes and sounds top notch. This is the first bootleg or album by this band that I've posted and I don't know anything about them. I've had a quick listen to this and this band rock big time - well worth the download... An extra download today and a very recent one. This is a benefit gig for the victims of Hurricane Sandy which hit the east coast of the USA last week. A whole host of stars performed short sets to raise money for the cause. Jon Bon Jovi, Christina Aguilera, Billy Joel, Sting, Aerosmith, Mary J Blige and Bruce Springsteen all appear. The quality of this boot is superb with the audio being taken from an FM broadcast of the show. This is well worth the download - thoroughly recommended... I've posted a lot of bootlegs by AC over the years - this is another top show with some classic tracks being played. If you like Alice Cooper - this is thoroughly recommended....
