Georgia State House voted 167-1 to pass a bill requiring all ballots to have official watermarks on them to prevent counterfeiting.

A massive blow for sleep Joe and the Democrats

Any steps which ensure every vote is legitimate alongside others that ensure every vote can be easily cast are to be welcomed.

I'm been hearing threats from Republican states that if the Democrats succeed in removing Trump from the ballot that they will remove Biden from there's.

Personally I can't imagine the Supreme Court will uphold banning Trump (if they did I'd consider those conservative justices who voted that way compromised).

Regardless it continues to be spicy.

Seems like Texas are getting their way on the border at the moment.

Pretty much admitting that it was rigged last time.

It's a shame they didn't do the watermark thing in 2020.
Or maybe they did but we just haven't been shown the results yet.

What would your idea be on the easily cast bit. If all votes need proof of being real that solves the problem. Make the effort to vote is the answer.

Votes should be from the TV remote at an ad break on America's Got Talent.

I don't see why, seems like a good move.

If you fail to see why it's a massive blow for the Democrats then you have not been paying attention.

Of course not.

Having a watermark would just shut all the doubters up and stop the conspiracy theories. When there's nothing to see then there's no reason not to show there isn't.

If a quid pro quo was requested which made voting easier for those who currently find it difficult, and refused, then the hypocrisy would be exposed.

Bring it on

Completely different issues.

Verification of each vote cast being authentic makes sense.

Ensuring everybody who wishes to vote can vote is another matter.

People without transport, have mobility issues, are working away, are carers, or are housebound for some reason, all need to be supported and not marginalised.
