You don't think any of this has credence then?

Our doctors are against Brexit because our health service will collapse without European staff.
Our scientists are against Brexit because they will lose research grants and talented researchers.
Our manufacturers are against it because they will lose tariff-free trade with our biggest market.
Our financial services are against Brexit because they will lose their pass-porting rights.
Our universities are against Brexit because they will lose funding, staff and students.
Our exporters are against Brexit because if we leave the customs union they won’t be able to trade without goods being detained and checked at borders.

Edit. Of course there will be examples within each organisation that counter this.

All this stuff is secondary, the prime reason for Remainers wanting to be in the EU is that they see it as some sort of anti-nationalist 'lets buy the world a coke' wonderland where everyone gets on and lives happily ever after. They ignore the reality that is is a price-rigging cartel that impoverishes African farmers and fishermen, further enriches already rich landowners, is the cause of massive movements of people that is bad for both the countries they leave and the countries they go to, causes mass youth unemployment in previously successful countries chained to the Euro, has led to the rise of extreme right wing political parties - oh and keeps French farmers in four-wheel-drive vehicles while their fields lie fallow.

They would say that because it's in their interest... Are they not allowed to voice their concerns. s***e response mate. You're not the only one who has used that line rather than go into any depth. You need to up your game.

I agree that there's lots wrong with the EU, but rather that than a steamrollered hard Brexit for me.

What you can do is have a vision and try and make it happen.

What is this vision you speak of, because everyone seems to have a different idea.

I understand a white paper was released today. Haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Does it have vision?
