I cant believe that given 3 months notice by Roy that Parish hasn't sorted the new manager out, surely he and the new manager know, and surely when Mateta was signed on an 18 month contract with option to buy Roy had no input, and hopefully the new man whoever he is has had some input

Currently there is no new manager. Parish is waiting for the close season to see who becomes available. Discuss.

I doubt any future manager had a say at that point as it was way too early in the process. Still if the new manager doesn't want him I think we can send him back fairly easily.

If Swansea get promoted, I would go for Frank's in a heartbeat. Brentford play great football and I deserve too go up, but could miss out again.
Let's keep the ball this season! |

So when we signed him on loan, Roy had already said i wont be staying, so why would Freedman/Parish make this decision on there own, as we were wasting money on Bats already

Why should he have been different as it seems by the way that Roy treated some of the other acquisitions that he had no say in their purchase either

You will find very few managers make decisions on players, as they dont stay at clubs long.

More seriously, Cooper has shown with younger age groups that he's a winner-coached England's U17s to a world cup win and took them to the Euros final. He's now got Swansea one game away from the PL. And a serious question, players in the last year of their contracts can do deals once the January transfer window is closed. What's the situation re managers? Are there any rules?

Suppose Swansea win play off final and are promoted, why would he come to Palace?? In that scenario, perhaps we should target Thomas Frank??

For those that advocate Dyche, have you looked at Burnley position in the Premier League and seen the style of play plus most of our best players including Zaha and Eze would leave as they do not fit Dyche player profile or appearance he likes the Bull Dog spirit.
