That would be unfortunate, but this is the kind of world we now live in.
It is not unprecedented. Some dangerous diseases are already controlled by this method.
I have heard that a lot of people are being laid low by the vaccine but so far they are mostly old of course.
I will have time to see how things work out before I have mine as will many others.
The odds are that having the jab will be harmless.

With the old vaccines the companies just weren't on the ball enough. Hep B I don't know, measles once or twice.
The flu jab is a far more relevant comparison. How often do you get that? Me not at all, some every year. Perhaps not enough sales of that so we have a new magic bullet.

I have a halfway house kind of view on this and wouldn't agree with anyone having to be vaccinated to get a job or attend a match. In terms of getting a flight though, countries will clearly have very different approaches to dealing with the virus, and as such I feel that if we have an 'everyone in' approach we open ourselves up for variants galore at such time where we need to have our wits about us.
