Great one this morning:

'Why are you moving us out of there?'

'You've had us living in here all this time when its been unsafe. How has that been allowed to happen?'

Putting everyone up in hotels would cost a fortune. Great time to be a cladding panel remover though, if you fancy overtime, if it's allowed working at height.

Obviously it is not ideal Nick but a couple of things.

They are in a Holiday Inn. Apparently The council tried to keep them there but couldn't.

They should be rehoused in the next couple of weeks. The accommodation is by definition temporary. There's obviously a limit to how many people they can keep local.

The language used in the Tweet is deliberately misleading.

Bloke I used to work with, Roger AKA Victor de Milo, Camden Club Night Impressario, has been on the news loads because he refuses to leave his Camden flat.

I don't really blame him but I don't see what else Camden Council could do. I'd hate to think of the consequences if another incident happened and everyone was aware of the dangers.

He's been offered a mattress on the floor of the local sports centre.

Better than possibly dying in a fire I would think.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

Times like this people should remember to be grateful there is a welfare state and social housing in this country. In others there isn't and they could be permanently homeless. Yet people are complaining they're being kept alive after moaning that nothing was done before. If they reversed those 2 points they'd see it's more illogical than they realise before the usual irrational grunting.

You'd think not hearing some of the complaining.

It depends on what the odds are. If there's more chance being run over should we all stop crossing the frog.
