Todays extra download is another set by Lloyd Cole & The Commotions that I found at the same time as I found yesterdays one. This is a show recorded in Paris, France in April 1984 and is in superb quality. The audio is listed as an FM Broadcast - I'm not so sure - could be a good audience, but if so, it's a very good one and well worth the download if you like Lloyd Cole & The Commotions. Todays first download is a set by Linda Ronstadt that was recorded in Atlanta, Georgia in December 1977. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard. This is a wicked set by LR which features her own songs as well as a few cover versions. A top version of The Rolling Stones "Tumblin' Dice" is included - which is worth the download on its own.. If you like LR then this one is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted - mainly because it's the first I've ever seen. This is Hard-Fi, live at the Apollo, Manchester in May 2006. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. I have previously posted 3 studio released albums by this band - so I was surprised there were no boots. This set finishes with the bands two biggest songs "Stars Of CCTV" and "Living For The Weekend" - if you like Hard-Fi, this is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a set by Dexys Midnight Runners that was recorded in Hamburg, Germany in November 1982. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've only posted a couple of boots by DMR in the past as I've not seen that many in good quality. This is a good one though and a great setlist which features the hit singles "Geno" and "Come On Eileen". Todays second download is a set by Cast that has been recorded on 3 seperate dates and venues between Oct 95 and April 96. This is in superb quality and is a top sounding bootleg. I've not posted any bootlegs by this band in the past - mainly because I've never seen any before and I was surprised to see this one. I've posted all of this bands studio released stuff and I'm pleased to have some live stuff at last. If you like a bit of britpop from the 90's you wont go far wrong with this one... this is thoroughly recommended... An extra download today and a set by Return To Forever that was recorded in Denver, CO in 1974. This is in superb quality and is a top sounding set with the audio being taken from a pre-fm soundboard of the show. This is the first bootleg by RTF that I've posted - although I have previously posted some studio released stuff. If you like a bit of prog/fusion/jazz this is top stuff - thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a set by The Waterboys that was recorded at various venues on the bands 1986 European tour. The source for the tracks is either FM broadcast or soundboard and they sound top notch. I've posted a fair few boots and albums by The Waterboys over the years - this is another good one with an excellent setlist. It doesn't have "The Whole Of The Moon" on it, but it's still a wicked boot.. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the BBC iPlayer. I've posted a few boots recently by Muse - as well as their latest album "The 2nd Law" and the band play a few songs from it on this boot. If you like Muse you will want this one - this is thoroughly recommended..
