Without wanting to sound too tough on these poor people, at the end of the day no one is forcing them into these blow up dinghys. Although desperate it’s their call. Why not stay in France? No one is chasing them out.

At the end of the day the EU/France don't want them and neither do we. To attempt a crossing during winter just shows how desperate they are. WE just got to tighten our immigration laws, deport immediately on failure of application or ship them too the Falkland Islands, still UK.
