Get Galthier from Lille, he's free as of tonight, has spent four years developing players, the whole 1st team cost about the same as what we got for Bissaka.

There is an article in Football now, Homepage that there is disagreement between Parish and the Americans as to who they want as manager. Parish wants Dyche and the American want Cooper. Yes take that story with a pinch of salt, I think that a whole wheelbarrow of salt would be more appropriate

I was actually being sarcastic when I said “set the world alight” agreed that who every comes in has to be the right choice and it is a difficult job, but again this is Palace you are talking about. Steve Parish said not so long ago that the Palace manager job is appealing prospect, if that is the case then why are we not setting our standards higher than Championship managers, we are in our longest rein in the Premiership we should looking at managers like Rafa Benítez, high class experience managers, not every bodies cup of tea I know.

Yes take that story with a pinch of salt, but on the other hand this is Palace you are talking about, nothing straight forward nothing easy and really this falls inline with our transfer dealings. Edited by manwitheagletattoo (22 May 2021 10.58pm) Not having a go at the poster but how on earth would the Americans have an informed view? Sounds like a silly article, I am not even sure our owners know where Selhurst Park is.

Saw Harris in the club shop with SP before a Man City game, a few years back. He was getting a baseball cap, thinking about it, can’t remember him paying for it! I suppose he already had in a round about sort of way

Cooper at Swansea and Franks at Brentford who I think would be the better of the two - similarly they would be better off staying put if promoted, but who wants to employ a losing finalist Nuno Santo who was apparently sacked by Wolves id say is the safest bet if he would come here After that Frank Lampard, or Eddie Howe. Choosing a manager is a slight Achilles heel for a club like us who don't have the standing to attract the so called 'top managers' with a profile. FbB was only given 4 games, without our talisman Zaha and barely a month pre season. I remember Arsenal Wenger struggling at Arsenal when first arrived trying to implement a cultural shift. Let's give the new manager time and make a decision that allows the new manager time to get organised At the moment it seems no decision has been made and the same managerial uncertainty is hanging over the club
