Starmer has also said "something must be done about gun licencing in the UK", in the aftermath of the shootings in Plymouth. As Badger was saying, people want to hear about issues at home. Sorting out farming and fishing and supply links now they are being left to flounder in the wake of leaving the EU. But the examples above would require policies, which seem to be lacking within Labour and other opposition parties. Even lacking within the UK Government, and no one is challenging. And there you have it, to attempt to avoid deportation claim asylum! So much for all asylum seekers should be given a safe haven here. I suspect most have lived here for some considerable time ( whether legally or illegally) but have not thought about claiming asylum until it’s time to leave. The most common reason for a Jamaican asylum claim…..they are suddenly gay.

Starmer has now added his voice to the "something must be done in Afghanistan" crowd. What Kier? For once Boris is right without the US there is no military solution so what's your big idea we're listening? Perhaps Starmer should consult his new chum, Blair. He took us in so sure he can advise

I was watching the Aussie Border Police documentary this guy arrived without a visa never left the airport straight back home on the next flight. The courts and lawyers prevent deportation because the law allows them. Now that we have left the EU the Tories can no longer hide behind that as an excuse. Sooner or later the membership will demand action.

The publicity seeking Starker really thinks that the British people would support British military involvement without the US?? No chance!

No, the courts prevent deportation because the home scretary is acting unlawfully. It is costing us a fortune to deport hardly anybody on flights. 15 in December out of 50, 7 out of 50 last week. In the vast majority of cases the appeals will be successful. They ought to chuck Patel out of the country on a flight dump her over the sea, she is probably one herself. Wonder what the frogs are doing with the 55 millions. Mentally weak UK is a nice little earner, when it is not surrendering.

Without the United States we still have air and sea superiority. The taliban are not the force Biden is pretending them to be, withdrawing air support so they can move their lorries into cities easily. What a c**t he is.
