The CONS have to take control, stop passing the buck and keep us safe! Simples,,,,,

A lot in that. But this Appeals court is farcical. So political now that it ceases to have any real value.

Plus we have a much bigger issue with other people who went over to join IS and then slipped back into the UK with seemingly no consequences. That should all be rounded up and banged up.

At least in this girls case, she does have the excuse of being under 18. A child. It is the others that are roaming our streets that concern me even more.

You are correct although the way this government is chucking money about I would hardly call it right wing.

But I have to agree with you. The Court of Appeal made a decision based in law the government should change the law to make it easier to deport foreign nationals or in her case not allow her back. That is a failure on the part of the Conservatives it;s time to get tough with people we don't want in this country.

If the lefties hadn't stopped moaning we would have left the EU ages ago. It's the left who drag their heels

Now they have a large majority they may be able to get things done. Don’t forget Labour Lib Dem’s SNP will always vote against any change of the law when it comes to foreign nationals. Maybe this is why in 10 years they have not been able to change much.
Having worked in this field believe me things have tried to be implemented but failed due to resistance from those named above. If posters choose to believe it is all the Government’s fault that is up to them. Does anyone believe a labour government would have tried to ban these people from the U.K.? Not a cat in hells chance

So 'surely we cant keep blaming everybody else for the rights mess all the time' becomes 'Labour Lib Dem’s SNP will always vote against any change'.

Presumably that means the Conservative Government simply wasn't in charge for the past 10 years. I think overall I agree with you, I would not have let them organise a party in a beer manufacturer.

So what would Labour have done differently?

Labour would have made her 'spokesperson on the Middle East'.

Seriously Corbyn would not be bombing Libya or supplying weapons used against the Yemen etc.

Nor been involved in Iraq.

The tory policies are responsible for some of the increase in islamic terrorism, with the results on our own streets.

Yet more evidence of the leftish infiltration and now dominance of the legal profession that has been a part of their march through the institutions for generations.

Conservative governments have only themselves to blame.....they ignored it within the universities and sat on their hands. Indeed, conservatives have promoted these terrible people within organisations...I'm reminded of Amber Rudd being responsible for promoting Cressida Dick to Met commissioner.

This kind of awful upper class person who works against the good of the nation is the default within the legal profession. We saw it with that ridiculous decision on Brexit where they chose to make unprecedented law because they are remainers and now here because they are leftists.

They are insulated from any of the consequences but are part of the decline of this nation.

The decline of this nation (true) is due to the Conservative Party.

The Court of Appeal has ruled she was 'denied a fair hearing'.

Exactly, all they do is say if there was an issue with the process, not the decision. That's why it know goes to the supreme court. Saying she was denied a fair hearing isn't the same as saying she should not have had her citizenship revoked.
